Terms and Conditions
The www.queenstown-accommodation.co.nz search and secure booking functionality is powered by Vianet. When you create a booking through this website you agree to the following terms:
- Each Accommodation Operator that offers an online booking facility maintains and updates its own listing information on the website through systems operated by Vianet International Limited (Vianet). Queenstown Accommodation makes no guarantee that the operator information is free from errors or omissions.
- Accommodation operators have the choice to sell their available accommodation via ‘Instant Confirmation’ or ‘On Request’. You can see which method the operator is using by hovering over the available dates on the operator’s calendar. The booking form also states if the booking is a request and requires a confirmation from the operator. Vianet will contact the accommodation operator immediately to request your booking. You will receive a response by email usually within 2 business hours and no later than 24 hours.
- Your accommodation booking utilises the Vianet booking system and enables you to create a direct booking with the accommodation operator. The booking becomes binding on both you and the Operator once you are notified the booking is confirmed. At the point of confirmation your Credit Card will be charged for the full booking amount.
- You must only make a booking that you intend to use and pay for. You must not use the website, and/or the Vianet booking system, to make speculative, false or fraudulent bookings.
- Queenstown Accommodation is not a party to any agreement between you and the Operator. Any amendment, cancellation, or dispute must be communicated and resolved directly with the Operator. The inclusion on the Queenstown Accommodation website of the Vianet accommodation search function does not imply that Queenstown Accommodation endorses or approves of the operators or their materials, products or services as listed on the Vianet system.
- All payments for bookings will be made by credit card using the Vianet secure credit card payment system. Click here to learn how the Vianet funds management system works.
- You will be advised during the booking process of the Operator’s cancellation policy. Please contact the Operator directly to discuss any desired cancellations, changes or refunds. The Operator’s contact details will be provided on the booking confirmation.
- All prices quoted by Operators are inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) and quoted in New Zealand dollars, unless otherwise stated.
- When you make a booking you also agree to be bound by the relevant Operator’s terms.
